As early as you can. Summer weekends, weddings and corporate dates go first, so lock your date in to avoid disappointment.

Most bookings run over a full weekend, but single-day and multi-day hires are available too. Multi-day and longer-term packages come with discounted rates.

Standard play is two teams of two, but groups rotate in and out all night — it's built for a crowd, not just four people.

Allow roughly 4m x 2m of clear space — that covers the table plus throwing room at each end.

No. Each unit has an integrated battery pack, so no mains supply is needed — perfect for gardens, marquees and outdoor venues.

It depends on event length and thirst levels, but a single unit comfortably keeps a substantial party flowing. Tell us your numbers and we'll recommend the right setup.

Can the equipment be used indoors and outdoors?

Yes, both. Outdoors just needs level ground, and some weather cover for the coolers is recommended.

Far more than just beer. Our systems dispense beer, cider, pre-mixed cocktails (think Gin & Tonic, Aperol Spritz, Espresso Martini), Prosecco and alcohol-free mocktails — all chilled and served straight from the unit.

Can you do cocktails and mixed drinks?

Yes — we offer a full range of cocktail, mocktail and Prosecco kegs in 12L and 20L sizes. Perfect for hen dos, weddings and anyone who wants more than a lager. Ask for the full drinks list when you enquire.

Do you supply the drinks?

We can supply premium beer and cider kegs from leading UK brands, plus our own range of cocktail, mocktail and Prosecco kegs, as part of your hire. Where alcohol is being sold at your event (rather than provided free to guests), licensing requirements apply — see below and we'll guide you through it.

Can you provide a cash bar or prepaid bar?

Both formats are possible depending on your event. Note that selling alcohol requires the correct licence or Temporary Event Notice for the venue — we'll help you work out what's needed.

Do I need an alcohol licence for my event?

Accepted Answer

It depends. Hiring equipment and serving free drinks to your guests at a private event generally doesn't need a licence. Selling alcohol does — usually via a Temporary Event Notice or the venue's existing licence. We'll point you in the right direction.

Who handles setup and collection?

We do. Delivery, setup, testing and collection are all included, so everything works perfectly before your guests arrive.
